Job summary

JPMorganChase in Canada is seeking a Senior Associate Client Consultant to lead product solutioning for SMB and Middle Market merchant clients. You will partner with sales and relationship teams, deliver technical insights, and present solutions with clarity.

The role requires 5+ years in systems consulting and a strong understanding of the merchant payments industry. Travel approximately 20% is expected, with opportunities to influence product strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in systems consulting, integration, business analysis, and acquiring payments product knowledge.
• Proven track record of working directly with clients and offering consultative solutions.
• Solid understanding of the merchant payments industry and technical know-how to analyze and recommend effective solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to customize RFP responses.
• Bilingual – English and French (an asset).

• Be the Go-To Expert: Become a trusted advisor on Chase’s product solutions for Small and Mid-Market Businesses, staying ahead of client needs and industry trends.
• Solve Real Problems: Identify and recommend the best solutions for clients using both current and upcoming products. Present ideas clearly to audiences with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Analyze and Explain: Dive deep into system configurations, break down complex concepts, and offer practical recommendations that make a difference.
• Support Growth: Partner with Business Development and Relationship Management teams, providing technical expertise and product insights to help win new business and strengthen client relationships.
• Keep Us Prepared: Maintain and update internal and client facing product support tools in collaboration with our product, commercialization and marketing partners.
• Drive Improvement: Capture the voice of the customer to inform product development, lead ongoing process enhancements and support knowledge transfers with field teams.
• Travel and Connect: Travel to meet clients and deliver solutions in person, with travel expected about 20% of the time.
• Showcase Innovation: Lead engaging presentations and product demos, highlighting Chase’s cutting-edge technology, product suite, and integrated partner solutions.
