Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Associate to bridge Client Solutions with Product, Tech, and Ops teams in Toronto. You will support onboarding for a highly technical, API-first product and serve as the primary contact for client queries, ensuring a bespoke, high-touch experience.

You will document client feedback, collaborate with Product Development to inform the roadmap, and monitor KPI-driven performance while ensuring compliance with JPM policy and regulatory commitments.

• Undergraduate degree required
