Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)

• Strong problem-solving and people skills to build relationships
• Flexibility, eagerness to learn, and high ethical standards
• Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops)

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with clients in-branch and in the community to uncover banking needs and referrals
• Educate clients and demonstrate digital tools to deliver memorable experiences
• Assist with a full range of financial transactions and client inquiries
• Listen to understand individual client needs and link them to solutions
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking issues
• Collaborate with partners to optimize opportunities and referrals
