HearCANADA is seeking a Sales & Reception Coordinator to join our Client Care team at the North Maple Clinic in Maple, Ontario. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales, while handling clinic administration to keep operations smooth.

This permanent, full-time onsite position offers competitive starting pay and benefits. Monday–Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, with opportunities to engage in local events and education initiatives across Canada.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, retail, busy office, or clinic environment with customer interaction
• Ability to recommend products and services to clients
• Customer-centric attitude with community networking to position HearCANADA as top choice

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional and individualized client experience for clients visiting or contacting the clinic
• Manage the clinic schedule by booking/rescheduling appointments and following up on missed appointments
• Make product and payment recommendations to enhance the client journey
• Maintain physical and electronic records
• Perform basic hearing aid maintenance and answer product questions
• Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding
• Educate patients on billing and payment options; perform AR duties as assigned
