CELINE is seeking agile and authentic professionals for a luxury retail position in Vancouver. You will meet sales targets, build client books, promote store events, and ensure excellent service while maintaining the store image.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury retail, strong product knowledge, and fluency with store software. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Position requires minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Computer literate; learn and use various software packages.
• Candidates with client books strongly preferred.
• Desire to work in a retail setting, with a focus on sales.
• Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design.
• Tech Savvy - ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
• Service orientation and customer focused.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the result of maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Capture all relevant customer information for entry in database.
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Maintain and expand a client book.
• Consistently follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other issues related to clients.
• Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image.
• Support shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested.

The base compensation for this position ranges from $23.00- $26.00. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
