CELINE Vancouver is seeking agile, passionate professionals to thrive in a creative retail environment. You will drive sales targets, apply product knowledge to maximize transactions, and uphold the store image.

Role requires at least 3 years in luxury retail, a Bachelor degree or equivalent, and comfort with multiple software platforms. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays. Base pay ranges $23.00 - $26.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilités

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.

• Capture customer information for entry in database and promote store events.
• Maintain and expand a client book, and follow up on shipping, alterations or client issues.
• Assist in general housekeeping and inventory control as requested.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the result of maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction
• Adhere to all company policies
• Capture all relevant customer information for entry in database
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book
• Consistently follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other issues related to clients
• Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image
• Support shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

Education Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Work Experience

Experience:

• Position requires minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting
• Computer literate; learn and use various software packages
• Candidates with client books strongly preferred
• Desire to work in a retail setting, with a focus on sales
• Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design
• Tech Savvy - ability to learn and utilize various software programs
• Service orientation and customer focused
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays

The base compensation for this position ranges from $23.00 - $26.00. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
