Acne Studios Vancouver is seeking a Part Time Client Advisor to drive sales and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will work with a collaborative team, applying luxury-sales training to build loyal customer relationships and support the customer journey.

We are looking for a Part Time Client Advisor for our Acne Studios - Vancouver store. As Part Time Client Advisor at our Vancouver Store, you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales and positive business outcomes in which your service and attentiveness take center stage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your main contribution will be to care for our customers in the store but also through the whole customer cycle. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You take care of our valued customers at the store and will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by:

• Managing and executing omni channel services
• Welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experience
• Achieving sales, conversion, and clienteling targets
• Upholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventory

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

• Previous customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer service
• Customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling
• Fluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position (and additional languages based on the market requirements)

The hourly compensation range is $19-23, plus commission and company benefits. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skill and internal alignment.
