Duties

This position provides administrative, clerical, and program support services to ensure the effective delivery of departmental operations. The role involves independently performing a variety of moderately complex clerical tasks, supporting internal teams and external clients by managing documentation, processing applications, maintaining records, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders. The incumbent exercises judgement within established procedures to resolve routine issues.

Qualifications

Desired:

  • Completion of a Business Administration and/or Accounting Diploma or Certificate.
  • Experience and proficiency using COMS and/or SAP S/4HANA.
