Job summary

Dexterra Group in Canada is seeking an Account Manager to lead revenue growth and profitability for assigned accounts, while building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring service delivery excellence.

You will mentor on-site teams, identify new business opportunities, oversee scheduling and workforce optimization, and recruit and train staff to support operations, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of operational experience in Custodial & Maintenance management.
  • Experience overseeing custodial operations in retail and office environments is considered an asset.
  • Multi site contract experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel overnight when required.
  • Awareness of technical elements needed to deliver services support.
  • Attracts, develops and retains employees, providing a safe, supportive work environment, supporting People strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
  • Must pass a Federal criminal background check
  • Must have a clean drivers abstract
