Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Cleaner for Steenbuck Pointe in Edmonton, AB. You will help maintain clean entrances, hallways, and common areas and support the property team to ensure tenant wellness and a welcoming environment.

The role requires the ability to travel between sites, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle. Wages start from $18.40 to $23.00 per hour, with a benefits program and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain entrances and hallways.
• Perform month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom and cupboards.
• Attend pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Support the general maintenance of the building’s exterior.

Your contributions to the team include

• Maintaining entrances and hallways
• Month end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom and cupboards
• Attending pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior
• Other duties as required
