Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. in Edmonton, AB, is seeking a Cleaner to maintain cleanliness across Steenbuck Pointe and surrounding areas. You will contribute to tenant wellness by keeping spaces clean, with attention to detail and a friendly presence.

You will perform routine cleaning, assist with inspections, and support exterior maintenance, while meeting travel needs between sites. The role offers a benefits program and health coverage through the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain entrances and hallways.
• Month end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom and cupboards.
• Attend pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Support the general maintenance of the building’s exterior.
• Other duties as required.
