Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a Cleaner to help maintain pristine spaces for our tenants. Your attention to detail and friendly demeanor will contribute to a welcoming environment across multiple sites in Saskatoon.

You will perform routine cleaning, assist with inspections, and handle small repairs as needed. The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to travel between sites, with wages starting at CAD 17.60 per hour and the chance to grow within a supportive,

Responsibilities

• Maintain entrances and hallways.
• Monthly cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards.
• Attend pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Perform small repairs such as painting or changing lights.
• Support the general maintenance of the building’s exterior.
• Other duties as required.

As a Cleaner, you will have an extremely important role in helping to ensure the wellness of our tenants. Clean space and a friendly face can make anyone’s day! Your contributions to the team include:

• Maintaining entrances and hallways
• Month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards
• Attending pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates
• Completing small repairs such as painting or changing lights as required
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior
