Job summary

Broadstreet Properties is seeking a Cleaner to help ensure the wellness of our tenants at Merecroft Gardens in Edmonton, AB. You will contribute to a clean, welcoming environment with attention to detail and a friendly presence for residents.

Responsibilities include maintaining entrances and hallways, seasonal cleaning, inspections, light repairs, and supporting exterior maintenance. Prior cleaning experience is preferred, and basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Familiarity with cleaning products.
• Basic computer skills.

• Month end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom and cupboards.
• Attending pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Completing small repairs such as painting or changing of lights as required.
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior.
• Other duties as required.

Your contribution to the team includes:

What you need to be successful:
