Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain entrances and hallways.
• Month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom and cupboards.
• Attend pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Complete small repairs such as painting or changing lights as required.
• Support the general maintenance of the building exterior.
• Other duties as required.

Your contributions to the team include:

• Maintaining entrances and hallways
• Month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards
• Attending pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates
• Completing small repairs such as painting or changing lights as required
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior
• Other duties as required
