Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Cleaner to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment at Merecroft Gardens in Edmonton, AB. You will contribute to tenant wellbeing by ensuring tidy spaces and a friendly presence on site.

Responsibilities include hallway and entrance upkeep, end-of-month cleaning tasks, inspections, minor repairs, and assisting with exterior maintenance. Company offers comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience an asset.
• Knowledge of various cleaning products.
• Basic computer skills.

• Attending pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Completing small repairs such as painting or changing of lights as required.
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior.
• Other duties as required.
