Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to help maintain healthy living spaces for tenants. A clean space and a friendly face can make anyone’s day, and your attention to detail will help us deliver consistently high standards across our properties in the Comox Valley.

You will clean entrances, hallways, appliances, walls, carpets, blinds and more, travel between sites as required, and participate in inspections.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various cleaning products.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining entrances and hallways.
• Month end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom and cupboards.
• Attending pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior.
• Other duties as required.
