Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a Cleaner for our Merecroft Gardens property in Edmonton, AB. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for tenants and visitors, focusing on entrances, hallways, and common areas.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliable work habits, and basic maintenance tasks such as painting or replacing lights as needed. Compensation starts at $18.40–$23.00 per hour with benefits eligibility.

• Maintaining entrances and hallways
• Month end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom and cupboards
• Attending pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates
• Completing small repairs such as painting or changing of lights as required
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior
• Other duties as required

As a Cleaner, you will have an extremely important role for helping to ensure the wellness of our tenants. A clean space and a friendly face can make anyone’s day! Location: Merecroft Gardens, Edmonton, AB.

Your contribution to the team includes:

• Maintaining entrances and hallways


• Month end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom and cupboards


• Attending pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates


• Completing small repairs such as painting or changing of lights as required


• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior


• Other duties as required
