Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness and safety of our East Concordia Landing apartments in Winnipeg, MB. You will clean spaces, assist with inspections, and support building upkeep across sites.

The role requires knowledge of cleaning products, basic computer skills, and the ability to travel between sites as needed. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining entrances and hallways.
• Month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards.
• Attending pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Completing small repairs such as painting or changing lights as required.
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior.
• Other duties as required.
