Job summary

BEST Service Pros in Edmonton is seeking a Cleaner for a full-time, on-site role at Edmonton Garrison, AB. You will maintain cleanliness of common areas, washrooms, and entryways, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to reach, kneel, and bend as part of daily tasks.

SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday
SHIFT HOURS: 7:00am to 3:00pm

JOB OVERVIEW:

You will be responsible for making sure your building looks clean, presentable, and inviting at all times. Some of the duties and responsibilities include maintaining common areas, and washrooms, mopping, sweeping, and wiping down the glass and other surfaces.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining common rooms, kitchen andwashrooms
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean windows and keep blinds dust free
• Take out and properly disposal ofgarbage
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
• Monitor and report any repairs or required replacements

Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques,uses, and methods
• WHMIS Certification an asset
• Physical stamina and mobility include the ng ability to reach, kneel and bend
• Ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 30lbs)

Requirements:

• Ability to pass Canadian Background Check
• Must be able to reliably commute to and from the site as there is no public transit
