Job summary

BEST is seeking reliable custodial staff to maintain clean, inviting spaces for our clients in Thunder Bay, ON. The role covers cleaning common areas, washrooms, floors, windows, and disposal of waste, with a focus on safety and sanitary conditions.

Shifts run Sunday through Thursday with a wage of $17.60 per hour. Candidates should pass a Canadian background check; WHMIS is a plus, and applicants will join a growing team with opportunities for advancement and training within BEST.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
• WHMIS Certification is an asset.
• Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel and bend.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
