Job summary

BEST Service Pros is seeking a Cleaner for a full-time role at Edmonton Garrison, AB. You will keep the building clean, presentable, and inviting by maintaining common areas, washrooms, and surfaces.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, garbage disposal, and ensuring equipment is safe. Must be able to pass a Canadian background check and commute to the site.

Qualifications

• Cleans and sanitizes common areas, kitchens and washrooms.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, uses and methods.
• Must have physical stamina and mobility to reach, kneel and bend.
• Ability to lift, push and pull loads around 30 lbs.
• WHMIS certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common rooms, kitchen and washrooms.

• Clean windows and keep blinds dust free.
• Take out and dispose of garbage.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and materials in safe condition.

SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday

SHIFT HOURS: 7:00am to 3:00pm

JOB OVERVIEW:

You will be responsible for making sure your building looks clean, presentable, and inviting at all times. Some of the duties and responsibilities include maintaining common areas, and washrooms, mopping, sweeping, and wiping down the glass and other surfaces.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining common rooms, kitchen and washrooms


• Sweep and mop floors


• Clean windows and keep blinds dust free


• Take out and properly disposal of garbage
  
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition


• Monitor and report any repairs or required replacements

Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques,uses, and methods


• WHMIS Certification an asset


• Physical stamina and mobility include the ng ability to reach, kneel and bend


• Ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 30lbs)

Requirements:

• Must be able to reliably commute to and from the site as there is no public transit
