Job summary

BEST Service Pros in Vancouver, BC is seeking a full-time cleaner to maintain the appearance of our client buildings. You will ensure common areas, washrooms, and other spaces are clean, presentable, and inviting during overnight shifts (23:00–07:00).

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, washrooms, kitchens, and common areas; maintaining sanitization standards; replenishing supplies; and reporting repairs or stock shortages.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, products.
• Ability to operate floor cleaning machines.
• Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System.
• Ability to read labels and instructions.
• Previous custodial experience is an asset.
• Able to pass Canadian background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, auditoriums, washrooms, kitchen, dining areas, halls, entrances/exits, reception areas and more.
• Ensure proper sanitization and disinfection procedures are followed.
• Replenish supplies as needed.
• Ensure garbage disposal in proper bins.
• Clean all dry & wet spills throughout facility as required.
• Maintain & secure storage areas, cleaning equipment & materials in an orderly manner.
• Report equipment repairs and stock shortages.
• Perform and/or report minor maintenance repairs.
• Report damage & acts of vandalism.
• Other duties as assigned

WAGE: $22.45/ Hourly
JOB OVERVIEW:You will be responsible for making sure your building looks clean, presentable, and inviting at all times. Some of the duties and responsibilities include maintaining common areas, washrooms, mopping, sweeping, and wiping down glass and other surfaces.
