Job summary

Boardwalk in Brampton is seeking an experienced Cleaner to ensure our communities remain clean and sanitized. If you are detail oriented, take pride in a job well done, and enjoy working independently while being part of a team, this role is for you.

Responsibilities include cleaning building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, laundry rooms and common areas; cleaning vacant suites and touch-ups; interior and exterior garbage pickup; and assisting with snow removal and painting as required.

Qualifications

• 2 years cleaning experience required.
• Working knowledge of English (verbal and written).
• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting.
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
• Interior and exterior garbage pickup
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
• Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required
