Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking an experienced Cleaner to maintain clean and sanitized communities across its Ontario portfolio. The role emphasizes attention to detail, independence, and teamwork within a welcoming team environment. Prior cleaning experience and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle are beneficial for this position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
• Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required

Experience And Educational Requirements

Technical Requirements

• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
• Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable vehicle
