Job summary

Bwalk is seeking a dependable cleaning technician to maintain clean entrances, offices, halls, and other common areas for Resident Members in Edmonton. You will clean vacant suites, perform touch-ups, manage waste, and assist with snow removal and painting as needed.

Requires 2 years of cleaning experience, basic English communication, and a valid driver’s license with your own vehicle. Ability to lift up to 90 kg and work independently or in a team is essential.

• 2 years cleaning experience required.
• Familiarity with technology is an asset.

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our Resident Members
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
• Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements:
