Job summary

Boardwalk in Saskatoon is seeking an experienced Cleaner to maintain clean and sanitized communities across our rental properties. You will clean entrances, elevators, offices, halls, laundry rooms and amenities, ensuring a safe and inviting environment for residents.

You should have at least 2 years of cleaning experience, be able to walk and lift for long periods, hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our Resident Members
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
• Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required

Experience And Educational Requirements

Technical Requirements

• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
• Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements
