Bwalk is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our Resident Members. You will address maintenance requests within 72 hours and perform on‑call emergency maintenance.

Responsibilities include vacant suite maintenance, general building upkeep, coordinating turnover inspections with Customer Care Team, preventative maintenance, and ensuring contractors complete work to standards. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required.

Formación

• 2 years maintenance service experience required.
• 3 years renovation experience an asset.

Responsibilities:

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• 2 years maintenance service experience required


• 3 years renovation experience an asset

Technical Requirements:

• Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written


• Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Ensure to have all tools on the tool list (list provided during interview)


• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting


• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment


• Ability to fix the problem correctly the first time


• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service


• Excellent time-management skills


• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment


• Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license


• Own reliable vehicle
