Cleantech in Coquitlam is hiring a part-time Cleaner to maintain cleanliness of the 28-floor residential high-rise and its common areas. The ideal candidate is reliable, communicates well in English, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Schedule features Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM–4 PM, starting September 26. You will perform dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors, vacuuming, replenish supplies, handle spills, and coordinate duties with other cleaners to ensure a safe,

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of residential and commercial properties.
• Replenish supplies such as soaps, paper towels and toilet paper.
• Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming.
• Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible.
• Coordinating duties with other cleaners.
• Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary.

Join Our Team as a Cleaner!

We are currently seeking a part-time Cleaner for a high-rise residential building located in Coquitlam. The building consists of 28 floors, 379 units. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the building’s common areas and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning of residential and commercial properties

• Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming
