Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking a dependable cleaner in Brampton to cover Wednesday through Sunday shifts, cleaning entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, amenity rooms and other common areas, and supporting ongoing site maintenance.

The role requires at least 2 years of cleaning experience, strong customer service, English communication skills, a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle, with the ability to walk and lift for extended periods; occasional snow removal and

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Work scheduled shifts from Wed-Sunday
• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• 2 years cleaning experience required

Technical Requirements:

• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
• Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable vehicle
• Able to work permanent weekends (Wed-Sun schedule)
