Winnipeg School Division (Winnipeg, Manitoba) is seeking a dedicated clerical assistant for a full-time, 10-month position in a Middle Years/High School (Grades 7-12). The role provides administrative support to the Head Secretary and school leadership, handling confidential materials and routine office tasks.
The candidate will maintain databases, student records, and timetables, support the school website, and assist with registrations and communications with staff, students, and families.

Under the direction and supervision of the Head Secretary, the incumbent provides clerical support within the school. The successful candidate requires good organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt with flexibility in job duties and constant interruptions; and to deal tactfully with staff, students and the general public.
