Job summary

Mazergroup, a family of machinery dealerships serving agricultural, construction, and turf equipment, is hiring a Class 1 Truck Driver in Canada. You will be independent and responsible for delivering equipment to customers safely and on schedule.

This term position requires a valid Class 1 license with a clean abstract, at least five years of professional driving, and proven experience with oversize loads and low-bed trailers. Mazergroup supports a diverse workforce and values safe operations.

Qualifications

• Class 1 driver's license with a clean abstract.
• Minimum of 5+ years' professional driving experience.
• Experience hauling oversize machinery including farm and heavy equipment.
• Experience with drop deck/low bed trailers.
• Expertise in loading, securing, and transporting oversized loads in compliance with provincial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan trip logistics and obtain required documentation to transport goods
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection of vehicle systems, equipment and accessories such as tires, lights and turning signals, brakes and cold storage
• Ensure cargo is secured properly in accordance with safety requirements and follow safety procedures for transporting oversized loads

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Class 1 Truck Driver, you'll be an independent, self-motivated professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service safely and efficiently. You'll be responsible for hauling agricultural, construction, and heavy equipment to our customers — making you a critical part of our day-to-day success.

• Plan trip logistics and obtain required documentation to transport goods
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection of vehicle systems, equipment and accessories such as tires, lights and turning signals, brakes and cold storage
• Ensure cargo is secured properly in accordance with safety requirements and follow safety procedures for transporting dangerous goods

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO US?

• A valid Class 1 Driver's License with a clean abstract is required
• Minimum of 5+ years' professional driving experience
• Proven experience hauling oversize machinery including farm equipment, heavy equipment, and over-dimensional loads
• Experience with Drop deck/low bed trailers
• Expertise in proper loading, securing, and transporting oversized loads in compliance with provincial regulations
