Job summary

SpryPoint Services Inc. is seeking a CIS Product Owner to manage the CIS backlog and drive the product roadmap for the utilities sector. You will deepen domain expertise, work with customers and product teams, and educate users both internally and externally.

You will facilitate discovery, evaluate ideas, and coordinate with development, service delivery, and customer success to deliver valuable features on schedule. A strong B2B and utilities background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and evaluate product ideas from multiple sources.
• Facilitate feedback loops to translate ideas into valuable products.
• Work closely with a Development Team Lead to ensure delivery.
• Engage with Service Delivery on project requirements and timelines.
• Support the Development team through SCRUM sprints.
• Liaise with Customer Success to identify patterns in issues.
• Provide demonstrations of products to stakeholders.
• Educate users on new features within the company and to customers.
• Collaborate on defining product management processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Manager on Objectives and Key Results for CIS.
• Collaborate on Quality Management through design, development, and release cycles.
• Provide forecasts on item availability in the product.
• Support sales for quotable development work.
• Collaborate with business development on responses to RFPs and SOWs.
