Job summary

SpryPoint, a Canada-based software company serving utilities across North America, is seeking a CIS Product Owner to manage the product backlog and collaborate with product teams and customers. You will gain deep domain expertise, educate users, and drive the roadmap with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

In this remote-friendly role, you will work with enterprise clients, guide feature discovery, and support sales with estimates while ensuring high customer satisfaction and alignment

Qualifications

• Strong B2B product and business experience, including working directly with enterprise customers.
• Ability to manage product backlog and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a fast-paced utility or enterprise software environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to refine features and identify new ones.
• Prioritize and manage ideas from internal and external sources for the CIS product.
• Collaborate with Development Team Lead to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Provide product demonstrations to internal and external audiences.
• Educate users on new features to drive adoption and enablement.
• Collaborate with product management on objectives, roadmaps, and QA practices.
• Forecast item availability and support sales with development estimates.
• Engage with Customer Success to identify patterns in customer feedback.
