Company: Survalent
Type: Full-time
Survalent Technology is seeking a versatile, collaborative, and highly motivated individual to join our Product Management team. The Utility Enterprise Solutions Specialist will play a key role in helping utilities improve their operational workflows and integrate Survalent solutions with the broader utility enterprise environment. This role bridges utility industry knowledge, customer needs, and enterprise technology, focusing on understanding business requirements, supporting customer solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the evolution and adoption of Survalent's Utility Enterprise solutions. If you are interested in utility technology, enterprise software, and system integration, join Survalent and help drive the evolution of modern utility enterprise solutions.
Utilities are transforming how they operate.
Reliable outage management is no longer limited to dispatching crews from the control room. Customers expect timely notifications, field crews require mobile access to operational information, AMI provides near real-time outage verification, and enterprise systems increasingly work together to improve restoration, customer communication, regulatory reporting, and operational efficiency.
At the same time, the utility industry is moving toward more open integration models. Standards such as MultiSpeak and CIM continue to play an important role, while REST APIs are enabling more flexible integrations with cloud services, customer applications, analytics platforms, mobile solutions, and partner ecosystems.
Survalent is investing in this evolution by expanding our enterprise integration capabilities across SurvalentONE, including modern REST APIs, standards-based integrations, and enterprise applications that extend operational information beyond the control room.
Artificial Intelligence is creating another opportunity to rethink utility workflows. Rather than replacing operators, AI can help simplify outage management processes, assist customer service representatives, improve operational handovers, summarize events, and reduce repetitive administrative tasks while maintaining utility operational practices and regulatory requirements.
This role will help identify those opportunities by working closely with utilities to understand their operational workflows, evaluating emerging technologies, supporting customer adoption, and translating ideas into future product direction.
For more than 60 years, Survalent has developed software that helps electric, water, and renewable energy utilities monitor, control, and optimize critical infrastructure.
Today, utilities are increasingly connected enterprises. Operational systems no longer function in isolation—they collaborate with customer systems, enterprise applications, mobile workforces, analytics platforms, distributed energy resources, and cloud services to deliver safer, more reliable, and more efficient operations.Survalent is committed to helping utilities modernize these operational workflows through open standards, enterprise integrations, and modern API technologies. Rather than replacing existing enterprise applications, we believe every system should excel at what it does best while working together as part of a connected utility environment.
If you're passionate about utility operations, enterprise software, digital transformation, customer workflows, system integration, or helping shape the future of utility technology, you'll fit right in at Survalent.
