Job summary

NorthStar Utilities Solutions, a Harris division, is seeking a Director of Product to lead the Product organization within R&D. You will report to the VP of R&D and guide a team of five PMs, POs, and SMEs across CIS7, Customer portal, Mobile workforce management system and related products. This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US.

Travel about 20%; passport required; EST timezone preferred. Salary 110K-150K.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management with 5+ years leading product teams.
• Experience shipping products customers value and maturing a product operating model.
• Executive communication and ability to influence without authority.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery, validate problems before engineering, define success metrics, and measure value after release.
• Design and implement intake, discovery, prioritization, roadmap, and governance processes.
• Coach five product professionals into strategic product leaders and establish clear roles.
• Partner with Engineering, Professional Services, Sales, Support, and executive leadership.
