You will recruit and manage volunteers, coordinate kettle locations, and ensure smooth operations during the campaign period. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, performing rounds to verify staffing, counting income, and reporting results to the manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior kettle experience or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills and office administration experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and oversee kettle locations in Lethbridge.
• Coordinate kettle volunteer schedules and respond to emergencies or absences.
• Recruit, orient and manage kettle volunteers; maintain records.
• Count kettle income as needed and prepare reports.
• Liaise with churches, schools, businesses to fill volunteer spots.
• Prepare thank-you letters and document volunteer hours for students.
• Record campaign data and prepare weekly timesheets.
• Post campaign report to the CFS Manager and secure equipment after the campaign.
