Lindt in Vancouver is seeking a friendly Keyholder to help deliver an exceptional in-store experience for chocolate lovers, contributing to a welcoming, high-energy environment.

You will lead by example, assist with manager-on-duty tasks including opening and closing, train new team members, support B2B gifting initiatives, manage cash handling, and uphold visual merchandising standards while ensuring inventory accuracy. This part-time role offers 20–25 hours per week at $19/hour.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to drive sales.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Familiarity with inventory control and visual standards.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure.
• Friendly and energetic personality with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A passion for chocolate!

Responsibilities

• Assist with manager on duty responsibilities, holding a key and opening and closing the store.
• Support team members to achieve daily sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Participate in training and onboarding new team members.
• Assist with visual merchandising and execution of in-store activations.
• Welcome customers to the store, answer questions, and provide personalized assistance on product features.
• Handle returns and resolves customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Act as a brand ambassador by sharing Lindt’s values and product excellence.
• Support efforts to drive B2B sales by promoting corporate gifting options.
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and inventory control procedures.
• Support inventory duties, including stock replenishment and receiving.
• Assist with coordinating corporate gifting orders.
• Assist with cash handling duties.
