Job summary

Lindt in Ontario is seeking a friendly Chocolate Advisor to deliver a premium in-store experience. You will engage guests, share product knowledge, and help with merchandising and daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Availability is 15–30 hours per week at $17.60/hour, with opportunities to assist with seasonal promotions and corporate gifting. If you are passionate about chocolate and customer service, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to create memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling is an asset.
• Polished, friendly, energetic demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on preferences.
• Share Lindt heritage and product knowledge.
• Handle returns and customer concerns with care and efficiency.
• Maintain premium store standards and assist with store operations.
