Job summary

Lindt in Vancouver is seeking a Retail Store Manager for the Vancouver Exchange Tower location to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and uphold Lindt’s service standards. The ideal candidate will manage staffing, merchandising, loss prevention, and customer engagement while delivering a premium chocolate experience and achieving ambitious business goals.

A strong emphasis on leadership and team development is required.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills.
Sales oriented with ability to develop and grow business.
2-5 years of retail management experience.
Strong oral and written communication abilities.
Experience in merchandising or presentation capacity.
History of going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Management of the daily operations of Lindt Retail Boutique.
Responsible for generating and driving corporate sales.
Model exemplary customer service and establish guidelines.
Monitor sales and labour to maximize store profitability without sacrificing service.
Recruitment, interviewing and hiring of Retail Sales Associates.
Supervision of store employees to maximize customer service, sales and profit.
Training of sales techniques and product knowledge.
Timely ordering of merchandise and supplies; inventory management and loss prevention.
Daily cash reconciliation, paperwork, payroll and store administration.
Develop product knowledge and achieve sales goals while controlling expenses.
Performance management and delivery of employee reviews.
Maintain store merchandising presentation to company standards.
