Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in retail sales including management or supervisory roles.
• Experience in inventory control and order management is required.
• Two to five years in retail management and leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and staff supervision to maximize sales and service.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance reviews for associates.
• Manage inventory ordering, cash handling, and daily store paperwork.
• Drive sales targets using product knowledge and data insights.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
