Job summary

Lindt in Ontario is seeking a passionate Keyholder to help deliver an exceptional retail experience. Availability is 15-30 hours per week with a rate of $18.35/hour and opportunities to lead and mentor the team.

The Keyholder will assist with store duties, contribute to visual merchandising, and help drive sales while providing outstanding customer service. Flexible weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to drive sales.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Familiarity with inventory control and visual standards
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure
• Friendly and energetic personality with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A passion for chocolate!

Responsibilities

The role's purpose

The Keyholder role is essential in supporting the store team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and assisting with various store duties. As a Keyholder, you will help us achieve our mission to Enchant the World With Chocolate.

Availability - 15-30 hours/week

What You'll Do:

Leadership and Teamwork:

• Assist with manager on duty responsibilities, holding a key and opening and closing the store.

• Assist with cash handling duties.
