Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the GTA area to lead daily store operations in a premium chocolate environment. You will drive sales, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

The role emphasizes recruitment, training, and inventory control, with a strong focus on profitability and loss prevention while maintaining high standards of product quality and service.

Qualifications

• Post Secondary Education is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role with 2-5 years of retail experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Hospitality/restaurant industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of the daily operations of Lindt Chocolate Shop.
• Assist with generating and driving corporate sales.
• Uphold exemplary customer service through modelling behaviour and guidelines.
• Monitor sales and labour to maximize store profitability without sacrificing service.
• Assist with recruitment including interviewing and hiring Retail Sales Associates.
• Supervise staff to maximize customer service, sales and profit.
• Assist with training of sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Handle cash, inventory ordering, and related store administration.
