Job summary

The Sunshine House is hiring for a full-time role combining childcare cooking and school bus driving at our Woodstock location. You will prepare meals for children and staff, follow menus, and ensure safe, sanitary kitchen operations while also transporting kids in a 14-passenger minibus and performing safety checks.

The ideal candidate has childcare experience and a valid license. We offer competitive pay starting at $15/hr, regular raises, and benefits including health and retirement plans;

Qualifications

• Experience cooking/food preparation for large groups, preferably in childcare.
• Sufficient driving experience and clean driving record.
• Experience in licensed childcare and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and distributes meals and snacks for children and staff according to guidelines and provided menus.
• Follows daily menus that incorporate health regulations.
• Maintains safe kitchen, sanitation, and inventory; willing to work in the classroom.
