What do School Bus Drivers do?
School Bus Drivers play a vital role in the day-to-day lives of students and families. Each morning, drivers safely transport school‑aged children from designated pickup locations to their schools. In the afternoon, they complete the return trip, ensuring every student arrives home safely and on time. This role follows a Monday to Friday schedule, operating from September to the end of June - meaning summers off.
Depending on your assigned route, typical driving hours are between 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM and again from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, offering a flexible, part‑time schedule that fits into your lifestyle.
