BrightPath Kids in Maple Grove Centre, ON is seeking a full-time Centre Coordinator to support the Centre Director in managing day-to-day operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate payroll, budgeting, and communications while ensuring licensing standards and safety for children. A strong focus on teamwork and family communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• RECE with registration in good standing with the Ontario College of ECE.
• Demonstrated knowledge of licensing and regulations.
• Meet province requirements for childcare employment.
• Up to date immunization and Health Assessment as per local health requirements.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist Centre Director in overseeing operation of the centre, including staff recruitment and development, policy/procedure management, child safety, environmental health, and licensing.
• Ensure staff understand objectives and expectations within each classroom.
• Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general communications.
• Understand and enforce all provincial regulations within the building.
• Implement and ensure completion of staff training.
• Provide effective communication with families about their child.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What will you be doing?

• Assisting Centre Director with managing the overall operation of the centre including recruitment and development of staff, management of policies and procedures, child safety, environmental health/hygiene, and province licensing.
• Ensuring that all staff members understand the objectives and expectations within each classroom.
• Managing administrative tasks such as processing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general communications.
• Understanding and enforcing all province regulations within the building.
• Implementing and ensuring completion of training for all staff members.
• Providing effective communication with families about their child.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE), must be a member in good standing with the Ontario College of ECE
