Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in a similar role such as Chief of Staff or Head of Operations.
• Ability to reason from first principles and act with urgency.
• Startup experience with speed, ambiguity, and shifting priorities.
• Background in consulting, biz ops, strategy, or corporate development.
• Experience scaling business operations across startup, retail, or regulated environments.
• Ability to build trust quickly and operate with delegated authority.
• Desire to run something long-term.

Responsibilities

• Run the company's operating rhythm and leadership standups.
• Own reporting on high-visibility work streams with dashboards and narrative updates.
• Define and track operational KPIs for health and surface them in reviews.
• Hold department heads accountable to dates and drive cross-departmental alignment.
• Maintain regular status updates with leadership and surface risks early.
• Provide coaching to keep leadership aligned and cohesive.
• Drive internal communications across the organization.
• Run growth diagnostics to spot blockers and inefficiencies.
