Job summary

Clutch, based in Toronto, is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and leadership team. This on-site role spans communications, project management, operations, and cross-functional coordination to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across the company.

The candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, handles ambiguity well, and collaborates with teams across People, Finance, Legal, Operations, Product, Marketing, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Political Science, Public Policy, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to turn complex topics into clear messages.
• Strong project management and ability to bring structure where none exists.
• Experience supporting CEO, founder, executive team, or leadership group is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive internal communications and company alignment.
• Plan and execute company-wide town halls, all-hands meetings, and leadership updates.
• Coordinate internal events and employee moments; manage logistics and budgets.
• Drive cross-functional workstreams tied to company priorities and operating improvements.
• Support government relations and external stakeholder work.
• Provide administrative support to the CEO and executive team.
