Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Policy, or related field.
• 5–10 years in business operations, internal communications, executive operations, or similar high-ownership roles.
• Excellent written communication: clear, concise messaging.
• Strong project management with ability to structure ambiguity.
• Proactive, high-ownership mindset with minimal oversight.
• Detail-oriented and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications and alignment across the company.
• Plan and execute company-wide town halls and leadership meetings.
• Coordinate internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional workstreams tied to company priorities.
• Develop templates, trackers, and operating systems to enable scaling.
• Support government relations and external stakeholder work as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the CEO and executive team.
