Job summary

Egis is seeking a senior leader to guide its Municipal Engineering practice across Ontario, driving strategy, people development, and financial performance. You will oversee roadways, water, and underground infrastructure while coordinating with the Land Development team to align municipal delivery with growth initiatives in Ottawa and the GTA.

Qualifications

Senior expert with Ontario P.Eng. license and extensive municipal infrastructure experience.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a consulting setting.
Strong track record of client relationship management and project delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow Egis’ Municipal Engineering practice across Ontario, including roads, water, and underground systems.
Define and execute a practice strategy aligned with market opportunities and organizational priorities.
Build and lead a high-performing, integrated team across Ottawa and the GTA; oversee project delivery and quality.
