Egis Canada is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead land development and civil infrastructure projects in Ontario. You will direct multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, municipalities, and consultants to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.

The role requires a P.Eng in Ontario, 10+ years of design experience, and strong AutoCAD/Civil3D skills. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and contribute to business development while upholding sustainability commitments.

Qualifications

• University degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of design experience on land development projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.
• Proficient with AutoCAD/Civil3D and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning, design, and delivery of land development and civil infrastructure projects from concept through construction and post-construction.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams of engineers, technologists, and subconsultants to meet standards.
• Provide technical authority in stormwater, sanitary and water servicing, and roadway design.
• Manage client relationships with developers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
• Secure approvals by preparing and reviewing technical reports and submissions.
• Assist in project finances including budgeting, forecasting and contracts.
• Provide construction-phase leadership and resolve technical issues.
• Mentor staff to build technical and project management capability.
• Contribute to business development and expanding client portfolios.
• Promote innovation and sustainability in project solutions.
